Here at Fit Within, we believe power and self worth start from within us. We are stronger than we think we are, each journey starts inside and it’s our job to grow it into something sustainable. Our goal is to overcome and take control of daily battles that start within us.

We make fitness personal. We offer class-based group training sessions, private one-on-one sessions, and semi-private training sessions. This is the place where everything becomes possible. This is where you become the best version of yourself. 


We use full body circuits, strength training and endurance training in our workouts. The intervals and strength training combinations are proven to lean and tone your body. These workouts can be performed by any person looking to improve their fitness and functional lifestyle.

I have a deep love for health and staying active. I, myself hit my personal physical low and I decided to make a change for the better through a lot of hard work, dedication, sweat, tears, and a will to succeed.

 I strive to learn as much as I can about fitness and I am always looking for new ways to workout and keep things fun and fresh.


My goal is simply to inspire, encourage, and help others reach their potential, find their inner strength physically and mentally, and guide them to living the happiest and healthiest life.

Using equipment such as medicine balls, weight, body weight, etc., this muscle building and fat burning class will give you the fitness benefits you are looking for. This class will keep your heart rate up, burn a ton of calories and is suited for anyone looking to sweat!

Lower Body Strength

Find Your Core

In this class we work the not only the lower body but also focus core strength. Techniques change from exercises to exercise and include slow, heavy training, fast-paced endurance exercises and core moves that challenge balance, stamina and stability.

Upper Body Strength

Be Functional & Improve Posture

Tone and build your upper body while also improving your posture to control your ability to perform everyday activities such as reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting. Having a strong upper body improves your mobility and range of motion to help prevent injuries with activities that stress those muscles.

Speed & Agility

Agility, Balance, Quick Feet & Coordination

Speed and agility training isn’t just for sport-specific athletes. Develop your functional strength, increase core stability and improve the way you move in this class. These classes incorporate fun agility drills and make you forget that you’re getting your cardio in!

Full Body Strength

Build Total Body Lean Muscle Mass

Train the whole body with weights for strength and physique development. Build lean muscle mass while also improving performance and keeping your bones healthy. Full body strength workouts help speed up the process of fat loss. The more lean muscle mass the body has, the lower body fat percentage.

Gym Rules & Etiquette

Here are a few simple reminders we adhere to at Fit Within that best reflect our gym’s culture and allows us to foster a fun, safe, clean, and respectful training environment for everyone in our community.


COMMUNITY FIRST:

Introduce Yourself & Welcome New Members.

There is no better feeling than entering in a new gym and having existing members introduce themselves. You were once the new kid on the block. Please introduce yourself to any new member and help them get acquainted with our community. Who knows they may just become your new road dog! Fit Within is more than just a gym. We are a community.


No One Left Behind.

If you complete your workout before someone else, find someone who hasn’t finished and give that person a little extra help and cheer him or her on. It will make their day better and yours as well! We are a community, and we support one another. We guarantee there will be a grueling workout in your future where you will be the last one standing and you may just welcome that extra push or cheer to get you through it.

SAFETY:


Respect Your Trainer.

Please pay attention when the trainer is explaining the workout and movements. We ask that you refrain from discussing things with others when the trainer is talking. While you may have heard the instruction for a deadlift a hundred times, it may be the first time for the person standing next to you. Besides, you may just learn something new.


Don’t Suffer In Silence.

If you are injured please let us know before the workout. Remember we can scale and modify any movement! But only you know how your body feels. Train smart!


Kids And Weights Don’t Mix.

We love all of our Fit Within kids, but we want them to be safe. We encourage you to bring your kids with you, but all children need to be able to sit unattended at the front of the gym. If they require supervision, please have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise them. If your child is screaming please attend to them. Children are not allowed on the equipment at any time, and must be off the gym floor during classes.
